Development of a system analysis methodology and constructive intellectual algorithmic methods for constructing mathematical models of complex processes. Development of algorithms and software for decision-making in control problems in conditions of vagueness, heterogeneity and uncertainty of information. Development of hybrid intellectual systems for managing complex technological processes of chemical and biotechnological production. Algorithms for predicting complex processes in terms of heterogeneous, fuzzy and incomplete information.

New research results

  • The methodology of system analysis and hierarchical structures of mathematical models of industrial complexes and bio-technological processes for the construction of mathematical software for control systems have been developed.
  • The knowledge bases of the biotechnological process were built, the formalization of problem situations was carried out, a conceptual model of knowledge representation and computational procedures for knowledge processing were developed.
  • The methodology of intellectualization and algorithmization of the problem of identification of dynamic control objects in the class of systems of differential equations has been developed.
  • An expert system for the synthesis of mathematical models of the structure of the flow of a biochemical reactor was built.
  • An expert system for the synthesis of mathematical models of chemical reaction kinetics was developed.
  • The problem of computer synthesis of the microkinetics model of bio-technological processes is solved.
  • The architecture of the adaptive neuro-fuzzy control system of biotechnological processes was developed.
  • A conceptual model of short-term and medium-term forecasting of complex processes was built based on the use of time series, taking into account the influence of external influences in conditions of heterogeneous, fuzzy and incomplete information.
  • A method has been developed for predicting the ambient temperature of a long-term forecast of this parameter without resorting to an extra-trapolation procedure, which improves the accuracy of the forecast.
  • MLP and RBF neural networks were built, which allow forecasting the output parameters of the carbonization process in soda production with acceptable accuracy for practical purposes.
  • A neuro-fuzzy model for predicting the state of the carbonization process, based on the predictive processing of source data using the methods of fractal analysis, has been developed.
  • The structure and algorithm of functioning of the system of collective decision-making on predicting the “quality of the day” for the category of persons of meteorological people for CVD
  •  The architecture of the hybrid intellectual system of forecasting the “quality of the day” for the category of persons of meteo-dependent people on CVD has been developed.
